What is urgent is seldom important

Setting priorities is critical because some work is urgent, and some work is important.

President Dwight Eisenhower created a two-by-two matrix, now famously called, “The Eisenhower Box”.

Every possible action can be evaluated and assigned to one of the four categories.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how I’m planning to prioritise this Christmas period. I plan on putting more time using a framework like this to start my day.
