One step at a time

Thinking back to my ultramarathon days (100+km), one of the guiding principles I was taught is to, fundamentally, keep putting one foot in front of the other.

When you’re sick, tired and hungry – no matter of motivation will get you across the line.

In order to complete a endurance race, you need to put in the work. Sometimes it’s as simple as putting one foot in front of the other to keep the progress.
